Our bodies need variety to stay stable. In this course,
we not only train strength, but also your adaptability to
stay pain-free and tension-free in everyday life. Through targeted variations
and small “disturbing stimuli,” your nervous system learns to better protect your joints and actively compensate for incorrect strain


What you can expect:

Dynamic stability: Training on changing surfaces for a secure gait.


Reaction check: Exercises that strengthen your balance even when distracted.

Body awareness: Targeted stimuli for more precise self-perception.

Functional mobility and strength exercises. Perfect for anyone over 45 who wants to combat back or joint problems and regain confidence in their own movement


There are 12 sessions in total at €125/participant, with 20% covered by FH Kärnten Sport.
