mindfulness and Body Awareness exercises

Therapeutic exercises, mindfulness and Body Awareness exercises are carried out lying down, standing, walking or sitting. Joints are mobilized and the deep muscles are gently activated. They bring about relaxation and a conscious approach to one's own body.

The exercises convey stability and promote resilience. The exercises are suitable for all people who want to take care of their own body and get in well contact with themselves. People with tension problems, pain or stress-related symptoms benefit from the exercises. For very active people it is a balance to everyday life and conscious “time for myself”.

A trial lesson is always possible and free of charge.
