Self-weight fitness and traditional martial arts

Get to know your body and your flexibility through exercises with your own body weight.
Together in a group, we train our strength, flexibility and balance through to complex planks and calisthenics exercises.
Another part of the program is martial arts. Together we learn simple self-defense techniques and gain an insight into traditional martial arts.
