acrobatic dance course: Rock`n´Roll

Is it feasible to combine fitness workouts, listening to music and having fun? Sure, with rock`n`roll acrobatics!
Suitable for every fitness level as an individual who wants to move to music and also for couples, where acrobatics are the focus in addition to classic basic steps.
The course will cover basic steps-, coordination- and strength exercises and together we work on a short choreography with basic acrobatic exercises that are doable for everybody.
