Faaker See, Bundessportzentrum, Friday 5.45 - 7.00 p.m. (8 units, 75 minutes)
Course content for 2 groups:
Beginners' group: technically correct crawl, breaststroke and backstroke
Advanced group: open water technique (orientation, dealing with currents/waves, swimming in the slipstream)
Prerequisites: no non-swimmers, basic swimming ability (50 m sports pool), comfortable in the water (submerging)
